MDF PRODUCTION LINE

Middle(high) density fiberboard MDF which density of 680～930/m3 is made on the basis of wood fiber or other plant fiber by adding UF resin or other suitable adhesives, and it is the nearest to the natural wood and excellent in performance among all wood-based panels. MDF(HDF) boasts are the most extensive applications because it possesses a great number of merits such as smooth surface, uniform core layer, superior performance of machining and shaping at the surface and edge. The HDF board are the ideal substitute of natural timbers, and they can be widely used in many kinds of fields such as in high-strength flooring boards as well as furniture decoration.
On the basis of so many years of successful experience in MDF equipment designing and manufacturing plus absorbing and digesting the world leading technology and know-now, our company has successfully developed 40,000 m3/year HDF production lines. These production lines are mainly equipped with mechanical mat forming machine, caules belt-tray type loader and unloaded, as well as 4ft×16ft multi-opening hot press. In addition, the key electric components and mechanical parts or assemblies are imported from world famous manufacturers. The production is the ideal selection for large-sized enterprises to make long term investment in producing excellent HDF boards because it is unique and reasonable in technological arrangement, excellent in machine layout, advanced in control method, stable and reliable in quality of product and rapid in gaining the profit.
Each above-mentioned production line mainly consists of chip preparation section, fiber preparation section mat forming and hot pressing section, cooling and trimming section, sanding section and so on.
