DOUBLE-DECK WIDE-BELT SANDER SERIES

Purpose:

Double-deck wide-belt sander in thickness is designed on fee base of double-deck wide-belt sander of B117/B228 and refer to some correlative machines it is high efficient, punchy and wide-belt. It,s mainly for use of wood base grinding and sanding. Such as particleboard, MDF, plywood, bamboo plywood, gypsum board and calcium silicate board. It also can make accuracy according with definite demand.

It can produce a satisfactory surface finish so long as selecting proper sanding belts.

■ High Sanding Capacity
4 sanding units, 2 rough sanding units placed face-to-face, 2 combined sanding units shaggily. Pass through the sander once that can finish rough and currant double-deck grinding. Configure with high-power motor grind efficiently and intensively. It can be 1nfeeded manually or automatically. Infolded velocity can be accommodated with steeples. Automatically in feeding system can pervert from over-loading and self-loading so that the sander can exert its efficiency sufficiently.

It takes only a few minutes to exchange belt in operation side.
