Refiner series

Introduction:
Refiner is a machine to make chipper into fiber in MDF production line.It is designed with screw in feeding and has an additional alloy surf acc on the screw to extend its using time.

Working Theory
Pre-Steaming section-to make chipper softer :
Soft chipper can reduce energy cost and benefit for mat preparation.
Grinding section-to make chipper into fiber
We use high speed disc and extend its diameter to guarantee the fiber quality
